Breathwork Introductory Sessions (2 hours)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Experiential Breathwork Workshops (4 hours)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Individual Sessions<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Option for full or partial online payment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n The remaining balance is paid on-site, with cash or card.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n <\/p>\n Prices and applicable VAT are listed on each service or activity page. The final amount to be paid is displayed before payment. <\/span><\/p>\n For every payment, the legal document is issued by the individual business providing the specific service.<\/span><\/p>\n 1. Breathwork Introductory Sessions (2 hours)<\/strong><\/p>\n Cancellation at any time without penalty.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n 2. Experiential Workshops (4 hours)<\/strong><\/p>\n In case of cancellation 7 or more calendar days before the workshop, the deposit is non-refundable. Any additional amount paid will be refunded. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n <\/span>In case of cancellation 0\u20136 days before the workshop or no-show, no refund will be issued.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n 3. Breathwork Academy \u2013 Training Stages<\/strong><\/p>\n General Principles<\/strong>: This policy applies only to cancellations and refunds.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Administration Fee<\/strong>:<\/p>\n After the completion of the statutory withdrawal period, 20% of the amount to be refunded will be withheld as an administration fee for every approved refund.<\/span><\/p>\n The percentages shown below are the final refund percentages, after the administration fee has been withheld. No additional amount is deducted from these. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Cancellation & Refund Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n For registrations completed remotely, participants may withdraw within 14 calendar days from the agreement date and receive a 100% refund of the amount paid, without an administration fee, provided the service has not commenced.<\/p>\n \n 4. Third-party seminars \/ events hosted by Breathflow<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n The above percentages are final and include the administration fee.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n 5. Individual Sessions<\/strong><\/p>\n Cancellation at least 24 hours before<\/strong> the scheduled session: no charge.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Cancellation less than 24 hours<\/strong> before the session or no-show: full amount charged.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n 6. Cancellation or Change by Breathflow<\/strong><\/p>\n If an activity is canceled by Breathflow, the full amount paid will be refunded or, at the participant’s choice, transferred to a new date.<\/span><\/p>\n If the date changes and the participant cannot attend, they are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.<\/span><\/p>\n Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method, within 14 calendar days of cancellation confirmation.<\/span><\/p>\n 7.
