in a cycle of 17 sessions (15 group and 2 individual),
dedicated to personal development
through the power of Conscious Connected Breathwork
Imagine a space where the noise of everyday life fades away;
and you hear yourself again — with calm, presence, and safety.
We will learn how conscious breathing can become a tool for mindfulness and improving your concentration, how it regulates the nervous system, releases unprocessed tension and creates space for greater mental and emotional clarity.
Within a safe and supportive circle, you will have the opportunity to express yourself authentically and reconnect with your inner freedom.
The Breathwork experience opens new perspectives — on how you relate to yourself, to others, and to life itself.
Structure of the 17 Breathwork Sessions Cycle
The 17 Breathwork sessions cycle is a gradual, experiential journey that combines individual and group work, breathing practice, and experiences of connecting with the body and environment. Each group session aims to support personal development, mindfulness, and connection with emotions, needs, and bodily sensations, within a safe space.
The structure includes:
- Individual Online Breathwork Interview to personalize your journey and for your first introduction to conscious breathing.
- 13 Group Breathwork Sessions, where with the power of breath and the group we will delve into emotions, mindfulness, your bodily sensations, needs, empathy, gratitude, trauma, sense of safety, play, abundance as well as many other areas that support the personal development process.
Through the frequency of group sessions, a very special form of connection is built – a new family is created – supported by the full assumption of responsibility for emotions, thoughts, and the expression of needs.
The sessions take place at Outline Space, and dates will be announced in April 2026
- Individual Hot Water Breathwork Session in a floating capsule in warm water with Epsom salts, simulating gestation and birth. The session is by personal appointment.
- 2-day Group Cold Water Breathwork Session, which brings you into deep connection with the energy of nature. The dates will be announced in April 2026
This structure allows each participant to explore and delve deeper into themselves safely, combining theory, practice, and experience.

from your natural joy and deeper truth.

- How does breathing work and how can it contribute to my personal growth?
- What happens inside me when I get triggered or disconnected?
- What does it mean for me to feel safe?
- What is trauma and how does it affect my life, behavior, and relationships?
- How can I cultivate awareness of my sensations and trust the wisdom of my body?
- How can I recognize my emotions?
- What belief is holding me back?
- How can I connect with my anger and set boundaries?
- What are my deepest needs and how can I recognize them?
- How do I cultivate empathy and gratitude?
- How can I release what I no longer need?
