Charis Savvoglou

For me, breath is a source of discovery and connection. Through the practice of Conscious Connected Breathing, I found a way to observe myself with calmness, to feel more present in every moment, and to release what holds me back. Each session is a unique exploration of the body and emotions, and it fills me with joy to see how the same process can bring light to others.
I combine conscious breathing with myofascial release techniques, movement and embodied communication, creating a space where everyone can feel supported and cared for. I believe that the body holds all the tools we need to balance and strengthen ourselves, and my work is to help people discover them in a natural and gentle way.
My passion is to accompany people on this journey, whether individually or in group settings, giving them the opportunity to explore their own potential and find inner peace, strength, and vitality within themselves. Every moment is a new beginning, and it is my privilege to be able to share it.

Natalia Nikolacopoulou

Through the thought that I came into this life with an inhale and will leave with an exhale, I discovered the power of breath.
My journey into Breathwork has become a personal tool for self-awareness and healing that helps me connect with my body and emotions, to feel safe, to release old habits, and to bring more ease into my life. I am moved by how much I continue to discover in each session, and this inspires me to share this practice with others.
Additionally, I incorporate reflexology, visceral manipulation, and yin yoga; practices that taught me the wisdom of the body and its innate ability to heal. I firmly believe that the body knows what it needs, as long as we give it space to express itself and restore its balance.
I apply all these practices in individual and group sessions, offering a safe and supportive space for connection, growth, and self-awareness. My goal is for every person to reconnect with the natural wisdom of their body and to trust their own capacity for change – a capacity that often surpasses what we can imagine.
