Natalia Nikolacopoulou and Haris Savvoglou jointly determine the purposes and methods of processing personal data collected within the framework of Breathflow and act as joint data controllers.

For each service or transaction, the individual business that is the contracting provider and issues the corresponding tax document is disclosed before the completion of registration or payment.
2. What data we collect
Depending on how you communicate or collaborate with us, we may collect:
- identification and contact details, such as first name, last name, email, and phone number,
- responses you fill in interest, participation, or feedback forms,
- information regarding your previous experience in Breathwork or personal development groups,
- information regarding your availability and communication with you,
- registration, participation, and payment details,
- your choice regarding receiving newsletters,
- technical site usage data, such as IP address, device type, browser, and cookie data.
The initial interest form is not intended for the entry of detailed health information.
If we need to collect information concerning your health for safety reasons or suitability for participation, it will be requested separately, with clear notification and, where required, with your explicit consent.
3. Why we use data
We use personal data to:
- respond to inquiries and communication requests,
- examine with you whether an activity or training program suits your needs,
- organize introductory interviews, registrations, and participations,
- provide the services you have requested,
- manage payments and tax or accounting obligations,
- send newsletters, only when you have chosen to receive them,
- protect the security and proper functioning of the site,
- understand, with the help of permitted measurement tools, how the site is used.
The main legal bases for processing are:
- taking steps at your request prior to entering into an agreement,
- the performance of an agreement or service,
- compliance with legal, tax, and accounting obligations,
- your consent, when you subscribe to the newsletter or optionally accept cookies,
- our legitimate interest in the security, communication, and smooth operation of services, when this does not override your rights.
4. Interest forms
Filling out an interest form does not automatically constitute registration, reservation, or financial commitment.
We use the information from the form to contact you and assess whether the specific activity meets what you are looking for.
Responses to interest forms that do not lead to participation are deleted within 12 months of their submission.
5. Newsletter and updates
Newsletter subscription is optional and separate from any interest or participation form.
You will receive news and updates only if you select the relevant checkbox or subscribe via the corresponding form.
You can withdraw your consent at any time:
- via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter email or
- by sending a message to info@breathflow.gr.
The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to it.
6. With whom we may share data
We do not sell or grant personal data for independent commercial use by third parties.
We may use external providers exclusively for the operation of our services, such as:
- Google Workspace and Google Forms for forms and communication,
- Brevo for sending newsletters,
- Amelia for managing bookings or events,
- WordPress hosting and technical support providers,
- Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager for measuring site usage, where the required consent has been given,
- WonderPush for notifications, if the user activates them,
- Stripe, PayPal, or other payment providers, when an electronic transaction takes place,
- accountants, technical partners, or legal advisors, when necessary and permitted by law.
These partners receive only the data necessary for the service they provide.
7. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area.
When such a transfer occurs, it is based on mechanisms provided by law, such as an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or other appropriate safeguards.
8. Retention period
We retain data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
Specifically:
- interest forms that do not lead to participation: up to 12 months,
- active participation data: for as long as required for the provision and completion of the service,
- tax, accounting, and transactional data: for as long as required by applicable law,
- newsletter data: until you withdraw your consent or request deletion,
- technical data and cookies: according to the operating duration of each cookie and consent choices.
After the expiration of the respective period, data is deleted or anonymized, unless there is a legal obligation for further retention.
9. Your rights
You have, as the case may be, the right to:
- be informed about the processing of your data,
- request access to your data,
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data,
- request deletion,
- request restriction of processing,
- object to processing,
- receive your data in a portable format,
- withdraw your consent at any time.

If you have a serious physical or mental health issue or doubt about the suitability of a practice, it is important to consult the appropriate professional before participating.
No guarantee is provided for a specific outcome from using the site or participating in a service. Each person’s experience is different.
Participants must provide accurate information when requested for the safe organization of an activity and follow the instructions of the facilitators.
13. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the texts, photos, videos, graphics, educational material, and distinctive features of Breathflow are protected by intellectual property law.
Copying, republishing, modifying, or commercially exploiting them without prior written permission is not allowed.
14. Links and third-party services
The site may include links to external websites or third-party services.
We do not control the content, availability, or privacy practices of these websites. Their use is governed by the terms and policies of the respective provider.
15. Payments, cancellations, and refunds
Payments are made through the available secure payment methods.
For ticket purchases, cancellations, participation transfers, and refunds, the separate “Ticket Purchase & Refund Policy” of Breathflow also applies.

We may update these terms when services, the tools we use, or relevant legal requirements change.
